Meet our team – Inbound Sales Representative:
After graduating from high school with a nursing assistant diploma, Anna was employed in the metal industry in Edsbyn, a small town in the north of Sweden where she was born and raised. After many years as an industrial worker, she ended up in Jönköping by coincidence and enrolled in a HVE programme in Account Management. After graduation, Anna worked as a Sales Representative for a software company that helps manufacturing companies to streamline production, before she applied for a job at Infobric in 2018.
What sort of duties do you have in your role?
– My main responsibility at Infobric Construction is to establish and maintain a close dialogue with our customers, from when a construction project starts to the project closing. I keep our customers informed about the solutions we can offer them, and make sure that we are up to date on their needs and challenges. As an Inbound Sales Representative, one part of my role is also to stay alert and provide leads to other business areas in Infobric Group.
What’s the most exciting part of your job?
– It’s definitely to be able to support our customer’s needs and provide them with new services and solutions that can support them in their day-to-day job and challenges. We have a product that fits both the small projects and the larger investments, and it’s easy for the customer to get started.
“The team effort and the energy that my colleagues bring to work, and the fact that we have a lot of fun together is inspirational to me.”
What inspires you?
– I’m inspired by my colleagues and our customers. Getting a call from a prospect customer who has received my number from a colleague in the group gives me a little extra joy. The team effort and the energy that my colleagues bring to work, and the fact that we have a lot of fun together is inspirational to me. I’m not in contact with other co-workers in other group companies on a daily basis, but when I do reach out to someone, it’s evident that we all share the same drive and service-minded culture. That’s very inspiring!
What’s the most rewarding part of working in Infobric Group?
– As I work in sales, it’s definitely that we are able to offer our customers an even wider range of solutions. And that we can work together with the other group companies to develop our products with even more functionality that support our customer’s needs in the future.
